Katrina McGee, MEd
Katrina McGeeKatrina is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and started working with children with disabilities and behaviour challenges in 2003. She has since been active in childcare, classroom and home settings. She has a Masters of Education in special education with a specialization in Autism and Developmental Disabilities from the University of British Columbia. She has held varied roles in her field including support worker, teacher, behaviour interventionist and behaviour consultant and worked with adults as well as children as young as two-years-old. Katrina is a certified teacher in the province of British Columbia and has taught in a variety of classroom environments in two Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island school districts. Her unique experience of working in both home and classroom settings has allowed her to develop expertise collaborating with both parents and families as well as with teachers, support workers and school administrators.

Coral Gruzling, BSc
Coral GruzlingCoral began working as a behaviour interventionist in home and child care-based ABA therapy programs in 2004. Working directly with families allowed her to experience firsthand the impact and improvements such therapy programs can have on the lives of children and their parents and led her to pursue a career in the field of ABA.  As a behaviour consultant since 2007, she has worked with children of all ages and developmental levels and gained invaluable experience and insight supporting families in a range of community and cultural settings.
